1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Candle Hub website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Candle Hub offers bespoke, made-to-order fragrance products including custom candles and reed diffusers. All products are handcrafted and made to your specifications upon order confirmation.
3. Orders & Commissions
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Because every item is made to order, we require full payment (or an agreed deposit) before production begins.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified unless agreed in writing.
- Estimated production time is 14–21 business days from order confirmation.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Candle Hub reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your commission.
5. Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer and approved payment gateways. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of your commission. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and confirmed.
6. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume and logistics.
- Candle Hub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The product materially differs from what was agreed in your commission
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including imagery, copy, design, and branding — is the property of Candle Hub and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candle Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
10. Candle Safety
Our candles are intended for use by adults. Please follow standard candle safety guidelines:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each use
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
